By using LB-Downloader, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Permitted Use

LB-Downloader may only be used to download content that you have the legal right to download. Permitted uses include:

Videos licensed under Creative Commons or similar open licenses
Your own content uploaded to YouTube
Content explicitly made available for download by the rights holder
Personal, non-commercial offline viewing where permitted by applicable law

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use LB-Downloader to:

Download copyrighted content without authorization
Distribute, sell, or monetize downloaded content without rights holder permission
Circumvent YouTube's terms of service in ways not permitted by law
Use the service for any commercial purpose without written permission
Attempt to overload, attack, or compromise the service infrastructure

4. Intellectual Property

LB-Downloader does not host any YouTube content. We provide a conversion tool only. All downloaded content remains the property of its respective rights holders. Users are solely responsible for how they use downloaded content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

LB-Downloader is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, as YouTube API changes may affect functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

LB-Downloader shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including any downloaded content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the service operator is located.
